A production experiment to unleash Audi’s fleet into any environment with GenAI
North American drivers sit across one of the most diverse landmasses in the world; a joy to discover from behind the wheel, but a challenge to replicate in production with limited resources and a diverse fleet of luxury vehicles to manage and move.
Our team set about finding out how to replicate Audi’s most thrilling new vehicles in 3D to drop them into photorealistic environments for use in any output. The core of the project was to respect the tactile, engineering brilliance of a real Audi on screen by building ourselves an AI engine of our own.
Fuelled by the Vorsprung durch Technik mentality we’ve blended real world inputs - 2500+ images captured by our team of every new Audi model - and built them into a Low Rank Adaptation (LoRA) GenAI model that gives us control over fine-tuning as well as the highest performance output possible.
